Subject: The new Aerodyne Knowledge Base is now live!

Dear Aerodyne Communities,
Aerodyne is pleased to announce that our new support website, found at support.aerodyne.com, is live!
If you have been granted access to our prior Knowledge Base, you should also have access to the new site.  You will need to reset your password, and you will use your email address to log in, rather than the username you used on the old site.  If you do not have access, but would like to be granted access, please submit a Knowledge Base access request through the website, or by writing an email requesting access to support at aerodyne.com<mailto:support at aerodyne.com>.
The new site is much more user-friendly.  It is more intuitive to navigate, and it has a significantly improved search functionality.   You will find software downloads, troubleshooting guides, instructional videos, and user manuals, for the different Aerodyne instruments and many of their accessories.  You can also submit a support ticket, manage your tickets, and see the current ticket status directly through the site.
Now that the new support site is live, we will be making an effort to produce new articles for all of the different instrument families, so check back often to see the new content!
