[Announcements relating to Aerodyne's Laser Monitors]

Dear Aerodyne colleagues:

In compliance with the Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker’s order to close all non-essential businesses in the state by noon March 24, 2020, Aerodyne has temporarily closed our offices.  This order is effective until at least April 7, 2020.  Aerodyne is committed to keep our employees safe and at the same time continue as best we can to provide support and service to our customers around the world.

The following outline addresses what we are able to do in the short term.

Manufacturing, Shipping and Receiving operations have been suspended.  We cannot ship current orders for our new instruments or instrument upgrades, accept receipt of instruments or issue new RMAs for repair, or send out spare parts.   If you have any questions about the status of a repair or instrument order, please refer to your quotation for an email address or use one of the support emails listed in Customer Support below.

Training, both in-house and on-site, are postponed until such time as it is feasible to resume them. To the extent that any training can be done remotely, our scientific staff is available for video calls, remote access sessions, emails and phone calls.

Customer Support  (including Technical support) remains operational through video calls, remote access sessions, emails and phone calls.

Internal R&D activities that were scheduled to take place in Aerodyne’s research laboratories are also cancelled until further notice.

We are committed to resuming operations as soon as it is safe to do so and to fulfill the orders and promises we made to all of you.  Please feel free to contact any of us with questions or concerns.
